- Introduction
This Cookie and Tracking Notice (“Notice”) describes how FinalFinal, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and our web application at https://www.finalfinal.pro/ (collectively, the “Platform”). This Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy https://www.finalfinal.pro/legal/privacy.
This Notice applies to all visitors of the Platform, regardless of location. If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, certain tracking technologies described below require your prior, explicit opt-in consent before they are activated. If you are in the United States, we provide you with transparency about the cookies we use and, where required by applicable state law, the ability to opt out of cookies that share your data for targeted advertising purposes.
- What Are Cookies And Tracking Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and store information about your preferences or past actions.
Pixels and Web Beacons are tiny pieces of code embedded in web pages or emails that track whether a page has been visited or an email has been opened, and collect information such as your IP address and the time of the visit.
Local Storage is a browser-based mechanism that allows websites to store data on your device, similar to cookies but with a larger storage capacity.
Some tracking technologies are operated directly by us, while others may be operated by third parties that provide services to us, such as analytics, advertising and marketing services.
Throughout this Notice, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as “cookies” or “tracking technologies.”
- Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies on the Platform.
(a) Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Platform to function. They enable core functionality such as session management, authentication, security, and load balancing. They do not require your consent under applicable law because they are strictly necessary for the service you requested. You cannot opt out of these cookies.

(b) Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform, including which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on each page, and any errors encountered. We use this data to improve the Platform’s performance and user experience.

(c) Advertising and Tracking Cookies
These cookies support our advertising campaigns and help us measure their effectiveness. They are used to deliver relevant ads and build audience segments. Some advertising tags, including Google Ads conversion tracking, run only on our public website pages.
Google Tag Manager is used as a tag management tool on the landing page. It loads tags only in accordance with your consent choices under Consent Mode.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the Google tags on our website. Google tags are configured to respect your cookie choices; if you do not consent to analytics or advertising cookies, those tags will not set cookies on your device, and Google may receive only limited signals as permitted by applicable law.
Note: We may add additional advertising partners in the future. This Notice will be updated accordingly.
- Your Consent And Opt-Out Choices
When you first visit the Platform, a cookie consent banner appears presenting you with the following options:
- “Accept All” - activates all cookie categories (strictly necessary, analytics, and advertising).
- “Reject All” - only strictly necessary cookies remain active.
- “Manage Preferences” - provides granular control, allowing you to enable or disable specific categories.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default and activate only after you affirmatively consent. If you dismiss the banner without making a selection, only strictly necessary cookies are placed.
You may change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the Platform footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. When you withdraw consent, the relevant cookies are deactivated and deleted.
- Managing Cookies In Your Browser
In addition to using our cookie banner, you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling all cookies may impair the functionality of the Platform. Managing your cookie preferences can be found at the bottom of https://www.finalfinal.pro/ or in your account settings at https://app.finalfinal.pro/.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a valid opt-out request under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Cookiebot respects your stated preferences, including GPC and Do Not Track (“DNT”) browser signals, where required by law.
- Third-Party Cookies
We may permit third-party service providers and advertising partners to place or use tracking technologies through our Platform. These third parties may use information collected through their technologies to provide services to us and, depending on the provider and your privacy choices, for their own purposes in accordance with their privacy policies.
These providers may include:
Google. We may use Google services, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure use of the Platform, evaluate effectiveness of advertising campaigns, measure conversions, and support advertising and marketing activities. Google may collect information through cookies, tags, and similar technologies when interacting with the Platform subject to your consent choices. Meta. We may use Meta advertising technologies, such as Meta Pixel, to measure the effectiveness of advertisements, understand actions taken after you view or interact with advertisements, create advertising audiences, and support advertising and marketing activities across Meta services.
Mixpanel. We use Mixpanel for product analytics. Mixpanel is implemented on our servers and does not place cookies or similar technologies on your device. Mixpanel analytics data is retained for 24 months. Information we share with Mixpanel is described in our Privacy Policy.
Vercel. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes technical information, such as IP addresses as necessary to deliver the website, but we have not enabled Vercel’s analytics or performance monitoring features, and Vercel does not place cookies on your device through the Platform.
The particular third-party technologies we use may change from time to time. Additional information about the specific cookies and tracking technologies currently used through the Platform, including their providers, purposes and duration may be available through our cookie preference tool.
- EU/EEA And UK Users
If you access the Platform from the EEA or UK, we seek consent where required before storing or accessing non-essential information on your device or using non-essential tracking technologies.
When you first visit the Platform, you may be presented with a consent mechanism that allows you to
- Accept non-essential tracking technologies;
- Reject non-essential tracking technologies; and
- Manage your preferences by category.
You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time through our cookie preference tool.
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without your consent where permitted by applicable law because they are necessary to provide functionality or services you request or otherwise qualify for an applicable exemption.
For additional information about how we process personal data, the legal bases on which we rely, your data protection rights, international transfers of personal data, and how to exercise your rights, please review our privacy policy.
- United States Privacy Choices
Certain tracking technologies used for analytics, advertising, or marketing may involve disclosure of personal information to third parties that may be considered a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
Where applicable, we provide mechanisms through which you may exercise rights to opt out of such activities. You may exercise available choices through [“Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”] or as otherwise described in our privacy policy.
Where required by applicable law, we also process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as applicable to the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
- Updates To This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via the consent banner or a prominent notice on the Platform. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Notice will be revised accordingly. If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent for material changes to our use of cookies or tracking technologies.
